2008 NASFAA Conference
Cancellation Form
If you have pre-registered and cannot attend the conference, you must send us written notice of your cancellation and request for refund. The date of cancellation shall be the date the written request is received in the NASFAA office. Cancellation fees will be assessed for both prepaid and non-prepaid registrations. Please provide the name of the registrant canceling and the address to mail any return check.
Cancellation Fee Schedule:
Through June 20, $25
June 21 - June 27, $50
June 28 - July 1, $75

No requests for refunds will be honored after close of business (5:00 pm EDT) on July 1.
