On Oct. 27, 2011, the Department of Education published a notice in the Federal Register soliciting requests from postsecondary educational institutions to participate in one or more of eight experiments that will be conducted under the Experimental Sites Initiative. The deadline for an institution to respond to the solicitation is Dec. 12, 2011.
