Federal Student Aid (FSA) is responsible for administering all aspects of the operations for the student financial assistance programs authorized under Title IV of the Higher Education Act. The Program Compliance office is responsible for administering a program of monitoring and oversight of the institutions, guaranty agencies, lenders and servicers participating in the Department's Title IV programs.
