During the NASFAA Conference, the Department of Education (ED) reminded participants that the June 30, 2012 U.S. District Court decision did not vacate the gainful employment (GE) program disclosure requirements in section 668.8(b) of the Student Assistance General Provisions regulations. This includes the mandatory use of the ED-developed template in providing the required disclosure information.
