The Department of Education has informed the community of changes made to the Title IV student aid programs by the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2012. Among other changes, this includes a provision that limits a student’s eligibility for Federal Pell Grant funds to a maximum of 12 semesters (or its equivalent) effective with the 2012-13 Award Year.
