June 12, 2014 - Blondeen, a first generation college student, received her bachelor's degree from Rutgers University and graduated this month with a master's degree in education policy from the University of Rochester. During her graduate studies Blondeen worked in both the admissions and financial aid offices, where she learned the admissions process and other skills she now uses to complement her research and advocacy efforts. She will be blogging throughout the summer about her journey into the world of education policy.
