The College Cost Reduction and Access Act (Pub. L. 110-84) (the CCRAA) established the Teacher Education Assistance for College and Higher Education (TEACH) Grant Program under Part A of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended (the HEA). As a condition for receiving a Teacher Education Assistance for College and Higher Education (TEACH) Grant, a student must sign an Agreement to Serve.
