Federal Student Aid (FSA) has launched its new Twitter account @FAFSA. FSA plans to use Twitter to support an ongoing conversation around student financial aid. To kick this off, Martha Kanter, the Under Secretary of Education, will host “FAFSA Office Hours” where she will answer students’ FAFSA questions live on Twitter. The event will take place on Jan. 26 at 4:30pm EST and will be the first in a monthly series of Q&A sessions that FSA will host on Twitter.
