On Monday, Jan. 23, 2012, the G5 website was unavailable due to system maintenance work that was not able to be completed during the regular weekend maintenance window. As a result, users are not able to access the G5 website to conduct any transactions. The Department of Education is working to complete its work and restore normal operations as soon as possible.
