In accordance with by section 455(b)(9) of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended, the Chief Operating Officer for Federal Student Aid announces the interest rates for the period July 1, 2012, through June 30, 2013, for loans made under the William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan (Direct Loan) Program.
