Subject: Program Year Close Out (PYCO) Information
Dear Partner:
This bulletin provides you with information on sending program year close out (PYCO) documentation to the Loan Origination Center (LOC). To expedite processing, the Loan Origination Center has created a new mailing address for hard copy documentation. Please use this address only for PYCO specific issues.
Effective immediately, send program year close out documentation to:

Montgomery, AL 36103-5693
When the LOC receives a package, the Customer Service team will assign a tracking number to the information. If you prefer that the information be given to someone other than your primary CSR, please specify the name of that individual on a note included in the package. Please also indicate the program year for your documentation.
These procedures will assure more efficient processing of the PYCO information.
