Change of Attendee

If someone is attending the conference in your place, please print and complete the Change of Attendee Form and fax it to (202) 785-1487 or email to Membership Services before Friday, June 26. After June 26, your replacement will need to bring the Change of Attendee Form with them to the On-Site Registration counter. Once the replacement is noted, a new badge will be created and no cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellation Policy (for those who pre-registered)

If you need to cancel your registration, complete the Cancellation Form and return it to NASFAA. Please note the cancellation policy below.

By submitting your registration, you agree to the following cancellation penalties and schedule:
$25 (through May 22)
$50 (May 23 – June 12)
$75 (June 13 - June 26)

If you do not cancel by 5:00 pm EDT June 26, you will be responsible for the full amount of the registration fees and will be billed.
