NASFAA currently has negotiated rates with the following properties.

Omni Shoreham Hotel - $183 single/double
Hilton Washington - $183 single/double
The Churchill Hotel - $179 single/double
Jurys Washington Hotel - $179 single/double

(Rates for club/concierge level rooms can be found on the housing form or by booking your room online. Please call the housing bureau at (866) 413-5137 (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-7:00pm EST) for suite rates.

Housing Policies
1. All reservations should be made through the NASFAA Housing Bureau as noted
below. Do not contact the hotel directly. Reservations may be made by mail,
phone, fax, or via the web as noted below. Please note: Reservations for ten or
more rooms can only be made via mail or fax. If calling, you must be prepared to
provide all information requested on this form, for each room.
2. Reservations must be received by the Housing Bureau by June 15, 2007. After
June 15, 2007, the convention rate is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
3. Please print or type the following information to insure correct and timely
processing.
4. Please submit one room request per form. If you need additional forms, this form
may be photocopied.
5. Reservations will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and according to
room availability. The convention rate is not guaranteed after June 15, 2007 and
will only be confirmed subject to availability.
6. If your acknowledgement has not been received within 10 to 14 days, please
contact the NASFAA Housing Bureau.
7. Reservations for 10 or more rooms: Reservations can be made via mail or fax
only. A $250 credit card guarantee or check (payable to WCTC/NASFAA), is
required at the time of reservation for each room reserved. Credit cards will not
be charged except for cancellations after May 15, 2007 or if you are a no-show
for your reservation. A charge of first night’s room and tax will be applied and/or
forfeited if you cancel after May 15, do not cancel, or do not arrive (no-show).
8. Reservations for less than 10 rooms: A $250 credit card guarantee or check
(payable to WCTC/NASFAA), is required at the time of reservation for each room
reserved. Credit cards will not be charged except for cancellations after June 15,
2007 or if you are a no-show for your reservation. A charge of first night’s room
and tax will be applied and/or forfeited if you cancel after May 15, do not cancel,
or do not arrive (no-show).

IMPORTANT: Please note the earlier cancellation deadline for reservations of ten or more rooms.
