Video: Award Notifications

Award notifications have come under scrutiny for a lack of clarity and for causing students to misunderstand the financial aid packages they are being offered. To ensure students have access to clear information about the financial obligations of enrolling in postsecondary education, the NASFAA Board of Directors voted to support policies that would mandate certain elements and common terminology to be included in institutions’ award notifications.
