Massachusetts: Sallie Mae To Close Braintree Office, Cut About 85 Jobs (Boston Business Journal)
"Student loan provider Sallie Mae Inc. is closing its office in Braintree, Mass., and laying off as many as 85 employees, according to a notice filed with the state of Massachusetts," the Boston Business Journal reports. "Approximately 70 to 85 jobs will be cut by June 14, according to a filing with the Massachusetts Division of Employment and Training dated April 14."
