  1. Conference location? ARIA Resort & Casino Las Vegas. All sessions, meal functions and exhibits will be located in the ARIA.
  2. Overflow hotel?  We do not have an overflow hotel and have no plans to add one at this time.  The ARIA is currently the only hotel where we have negotiated a group room rate.
  3. How to reserve a sleeping room?  A person must first register to attend the conference.  The confirmation email that is sent will include information on how to book sleeping rooms.
  4. Is NASFAA providing a shuttle to the hotel from the airport?  No, individuals are responsible for making their own way from the airport to the hotel.  They can find information on different options on the Travel page of the conference web site.
  5. Do presenters or moderators have to register for the conference? Yes, all presenters and moderators must register and pay the registration fee. 
  6. Is there a place I can find detailed session information including session descriptions?  Yes. A detailed schedule is available here.
  7. Dress code? Business casual is recommended.  Please be sure to bring comfortable shoes and a sweater or jacket for cold session rooms.
