Change of Attendee

If someone is attending the conference in your place, please print and complete the Change of Attendee Form and fax it to (202) 785-1487 or email to Membership Services (membership@nasfaa.org) before Friday, June 6.   After June 6, your replacement will need to bring the change form with them to the On-Site Registration counter. Once the replacement is noted, a new badge will be created and no cancellation fees will apply.  

Cancellation Policy (for those who pre-registered)

If you need to cancel your registration, complete the Cancellation Form and return it to NASFAA. Please note the cancellation policy below.  

By submitting your registration, you agree to the following cancellation penalties and schedule:

$25 (through May 2)
$50 (May 3- May 23)
$75 (May 24 - June 6)

If you do not cancel by 5:00 pm EDT June 6, you will be responsible for the full amount of the registration fees and will be billed.
