It is during times like these that there is a great desire to offer some assistance to those affected by this disaster and also some frustration as to how to help. To this end, please share the following with anyone affected by Hurricane Katrina.

Baltimore International College, a private, non-profit College located in Baltimore, Maryland, offering Associate and Bachelor degrees in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management would like to assist those affected by Hurricane Katrina.

The College will offer admission to those affected by Hurricane Katrina with priority being given to those in Louisiana who were in enrolled in a culinary or hospitality management program whose institutions have closed.
