Step Two: Select Item/Event Sponsorships
Platinum Sponsors (select one)
- Neck Wallets - All attendees will wear their registration badge inserted into the neck wallet throughout the conference, making this one of the most visible opportunities. Your company name will be imprinted on the neck wallet alongside NASFAA's name.
- Registration Bags - Display your company name or logo with the NASFAA logo on each bag available at registration.
- Room Key Cards - Room key cards distributed to attendees at the Mayflower Hotel will be branded to your specifications. (Note: there is an additional fee for production of the cards, which you would pay directly to the vendor.)
- Sunday Night Reception - Treat attendees to a drink and food on Sunday night. Sponsor company will be recognized on signage, on the conference website, and the sponsor name will be printed on drink tickets. Sponsor has the option to provide logo-printed napkins/drinkware/etc. (at the company's expense).
- Wi-Fi - Free internet access is the service most requested by conference attendees. Your company will be recognized on the internet access screen all attendees must view to log onto the internet, on printed Wi-Fi login instructions on conference badges, on signage, and anywhere else the Wi-Fi access code is given.
- *NEW* Sponsorship of the Executive Leadership Collective (ELC) - Your company logo appears on the ELC website for this event and on any emails supporting this event. You may also provide branded marketing items and/or giveaways for placement in the ELC meeting room. Additionally, you may provide a brief welcome to the group just prior to the start of their first session.
- *NEW* Small Padfolio for the Executive Leadership Collective - Your company logo will be imprinted on the padfolio, along with the NASFAA ELC logo.
Gold Sponsors (select one)
- Conference Pathway Sponsor (Four pathways available) - Sponsor an educational pathway for the duration of the conference. Your company logo will appear on opening and closing slides of the presentations for your pathway and identified as the sponsor of the pathway of your choice on the conference website. You may also provide branded marketing items and/or giveaways for placement in the pathway room.
- Monday and Tuesday Beverage Breaks - Your company will be recognized on signage, and has the option to provide logo-printed napkins/drinkware/etc. (at your company's expense).
- Monday Night Reception - Treat attendees to a drink and food on Monday night. Sponsor recognized on signage, on the conference website, and sponsor name will be printed on drink tickets.
- Notepads - Your company logo will be imprinted on each page of the notepad, along with the NASFAA logo.
- Water Bottles - Display your company name or logo with the NASFAA logo on each water bottle available at registration.
Silver Sponsors (select one)
- Bus Tour Sponsor - Sponsor the Sunday afternoon bus tour. Your logo will be on all signage and the conference website.
- Cleaning Cloth - For glasses and all your digital devices, everyone needs them for home and office. Measuring almost 6" x 6" with your imprint on one full side in full color, along with the NASFAA logo.
- Luggage Tags - Distributed at registration, your logo will be printed on all luggage tags.
- Pens - Distributed at registration, your logo will be printed on all pens.
