The registration deadline is February 28, 2014, on a space available basis. Space is limited. Full payment must be received by February 28 or your registration may be cancelled to allow others to register and attend.
Requests for cancellations and refunds must be received by February 28. Through February 1, a $25 cancellation fee will be assessed. No requests for refunds will be honored after February 28, 2014.
