What are the shipping rates for purchased items?

NASFAA ships all products free within the U.S. for orders under 20 pounds. For international shipments and shipments over 20 pounds, you will be contacted to approve additional shipping charges that you will be responsible for. 

When can I expect my items? 

Products are generally shipped via USPS and arrive within two to four weeks after purchase. Orders that need to arrive sooner can be coordinated with NASFAA and are shipped via UPS. Note: UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes, so in this case, a physical mailing address will be required. 

What is NASFAA’s Refund Policy?

NASFAA does not issue refunds for products once they have shipped. If a product is damaged in shipment, please contact NASFAA at [email protected] to have it replaced.
