NASFAA Mention: New Research Paper on Short-term Postsecondary Programs

"Today, the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA) released a new report on short-term postsecondary CTE programs. ACTE, along with Advance CTE, partnered with NASFAA on the research for the report, including helping to distribute the local survey and hosting focus groups at last year's VISION conference, in an effort to gather more information about these growing programs," CTE Policy Watch reports

"The report, "An Analysis of Existing Short-Term Postsecondary Programs," covers diverse topics including what these programs offer, who they serve, how graduates fare in the workforce, and the challenges both institutions and students face related to short-term programs. Information gained from the research shows the strong value of programs and the important role they play in preparing students, particularly adults, for in-demand jobs."
