If he was not attending any other courses when he dropped out of his modules, and he did not provide written confirmation of attendance in a future module at the time of withdrawal, the student is considered a withdrawal and a return of Title IV funds (R2T4) calculation is required. His existing registration in a future module does not meet the requirement for written confirmation of future attendance.
