    Satisfied Customers Speak Out!

Over 3500 copies of the workshop materials have been sold to date. Here is what some of our attendees have to say about their workshop experiences:

"I sent two staff members to the Decentralized Training in North Texas and they actually came back 'pumped' to help us get our P&P Manual in order! Can you believe that? They were so impressed with the material presented and the template to help us get this project done once and for all!"
Laurie Coulter, Director of Financial Aid at Austin College, Sherman, TX

"Thank you for the excellent training and materials on Policies and Procedures! At Harding University we are finding this template to be particularly helpful in organizing and documenting our various policies and procedures. To assist us in integrating Policies and Procedures into our daily processes, we've even converted NASFAA's Word-based template into a web-based living document, and we share this document in our office through our intranet. We have replaced the traditional 'cover page' with a "Latest News and Internet Links" page, on which we not only document changes in our procedures, but we also use this page to communicate fun and interesting information to the staff. This approach encourages our staff to visit this document frequently. Our goal is to eventually convert all those post-it notes on our computers into clearly documented policies in our new policy manual. Thank you, NASFAA, for getting us started in the right direction!"
Dr. Jonathan C. Roberts, Director of Financial Aid at Harding University

"This workshop has given me the motivation to finally get my P&P updated and in a single place."
Seasoned aid professional at a 2-year private institution - Indianapolis, IN Workshop

    "The template is wonderful!"
Experienced aid professional at a 4-year proprietary institution - Macon, GA Workshop
