Volunteers Asked to Lend a Hand at Seattle NASFAA Conference

If you plan to attend the NASFAA Conference in Seattle next month, the NASFAA Local Arrangements Committee invites you to join the fun and volunteer in one of several ways. If you are from the Seattle area or if you'll be arriving early, come help us stuff registration packets on July 3. Then, beginning July 5, volunteers are needed to assist the NASFAA staff in the registration area, greeting your colleagues from afar with a big smile, hug, or both, and welcoming them to Seattle and the WASFAA Region. If you're a local resident, you can help your colleagues navigate the streets of Seattle and the wider metro area or Washington State. You don't need to be familiar with Seattle, the Committee will provide you with all the tools; just be willing to help and offer a warm welcome.

To volunteer, all you need to do is complete the NASFAA Conference volunteer form at http://www.wasfaa.org/docs/forms/NASFAA/NASFAAVolunteer.html and select the date, time(s) and activity you would like to become a team member. You can volunteer for more than one activity (but not at the same time!). You will be contacted prior to the NASFAA Conference with all the important details, such as where and when to meet, duties and responsibilities, etc.

Thank you for taking the time to volunteer and be a team member. Your assistance will help insure a successful NASFAA Conference.
