NASFAA is pleased to announce that it will offer the 2008 Best Practices Symposium, Professionalism and Ethics, at two locations. The first location is at The Seattle Westin in Seattle, Washington on April 5, 2008, and will precede the WASFAA Conference. The second location is at the Inn & Conference Center, University of Maryland University College in Adelphi, Maryland on April 21, 2008, and will precede the EASFAA spring training workshop. Members may register now. Registration is limited at each location, so make your plans now to attend.

Participants will examine what the terms professionalism and ethics mean and the relationship between them within the context of the various roles financial aid administrators perform and the various constituents they must serve. The Best Practices Symposium targets intermediate and advanced aid administrators (directors, associate directors, assistant directors, and experienced counselors) and is a good resource for other campus officials responsible for the institution's recruitment and enrollment management.
