Best Practices Symposium: An Opportunity You Don't Want To Miss
It's not too late to register for the April 21 NASFAA Best Practices Symposium, Professionalism and Ethics, at the Inn &: Conference Center University of Maryland University College in Adelphi, Maryland. Feedback from participants at the April 5 Seattle Symposium was very positive. Participants felt the presentation coupled with the opportunity to discuss ethical dilemmas with colleagues was extremely beneficial. Some participants expressed the wish to continue the Symposium's discussions not only with members of their financial aid office, but also campus-wide.
For more detailed information about the Symposium and how to register, visit the Best Practices Web site.
For a sneak preview of the Symposium, listen to the NASFAA podcast interview with the Symposium presenters, Julia Benz and Mike Scott. In the podcast they discuss the nuances of professionalism and ethics in the financial aid office.
