NASFAA has created a generic handout that institutions can modify and distribute to students to reassure them that they will be able to get student loans this fall despite some disturbing reports in the media about the credit crunch possibly limiting access to student loans.

The handout (available in MS Word format) addresses some common myths about the availability of financial aid this fall.

NASFAA hopes this handout will help you reassure students on your campus that student loans and financial aid will continue to be available to them.
