Save March 26 For NASFAA's Summer Issues Webinar

Summer is almost here, and for many financial aid administrators this means a new set of questions about how to administer aid most effectively. On March 26 at 1:30 PM EDT, NASFAA staff and members will present a Webinar titled: Are You Ready for Summer? The Summer Aid Process. This advanced Webinar will provide participants with the information they need to prepare for and complete the financial aid process for summer enrollment periods. Presenters will address important issues every institution should consider before starting the process, how to determine financial need, and packaging and disbursing financial aid.

Not every institution offers aid for summer terms, and those that do are given a good deal of flexibility by the Department of Education. This Webinar will take participants through the major steps in processing summer aid and give them the options institutions have for various parts of the process (format of terms, disbursing aid, etc). The PowerPoint presentation and the handouts that will be available to those who register for this Webinar will also serve as good resources as institutions begin and continue the summer aid process.

Registered participants are given access to the live Webinar and an archive of the event (for up to 4 months following the live event), as well as the presentation and handouts, and can invite others from their organization to view the Webinar from one login. Registered participants at the live event will be invited to ask questions during the last part of the Webinar.

Registration will be available soon, stay tuned to Today's News for details. A registration fee of $75 will be collected from each registrant using the Paypal system.
