The NASFAA Research and Institutional Program Management Committees invite you to participate in a confidential survey designed to understand the satisfaction levels of financial aid administrators. Your participation in this survey will help us create a benchmark for financial aid administrators' satisfaction levels and develop a tool that will be useful to directors and managers when called on to perform an assessment of their own office and operations.
This is an opportunity to answer questions that financial aid administrators are not often asked. The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete. Respondents will be directed to a separate Web page to provide contact information that is not associated with your response. We only collect contact information so that we can send the survey response to you in the future.
In addition, your name will be entered in a drawing for a FREE registration for the NASFAA National Conference in Orlando, July 6-8, 2008. Surveys must be completed by Friday, March 14.
This survey is directed at full and part-time permanent financial aid staff (e.g. directors, counselors, coordinators, analysts, etc.). Student interns, temporary staff or volunteers do not need to respond.
