Our thanks to all of you who have responded to the confidential Satisfaction Survey for financial aid staff. We would like to hear from even more of you and are extending the opportunity to participate until March 23. Your participation will help NASFAA create a benchmark for financial aid staff satisfaction levels and develop a tool that will be useful to directors and managers when called on to perform assessments of their own offices and operations.

The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete and respondents will be directed to a separate Web page to provide optional contact information that is not associated with their responses. The information will be used to identify those respondents who would like to receive the survey results and to enter them in a drawing for a FREE registration for the NASFAA National Conference in Orlando, July 6-8, 2008.
