Texas: University Of Texas Hires New Loan Services Director (Associated Press)
"The University of Texas hired a former vice president of the National Student Loan Program to oversee the school's on-campus financial aid resource office," the Associated Press reports. "Thomas Melecki will be director of the Office of Student Financial Services. Melecki worked 17 years with the NSLP, a private non-profit corporation that is the nation's sixth-largest student loan guaranty agency."
