Vermont: VSAC Says Student Loans Available (WCAX-TV)
"It will be business as usual this fall for Vermont college students needing to borrow money to pay for school," WCAX-TV reports. "The Vermont Student Assistance Corporation announced Thursday it has found the capital it needs to issue loans for the next academic year."
