Out of 6,360 causes in the America’s Giving Challenge, we came in fourth on the daily challenge yesterday. And while we just missed the bonus, the good news is that in 24 hours, 117 individual donors raised $2,765 for the Dallas Martin Endowment for Public Policy and Student Aid (DME). Now that’s something to celebrate!
A HUGE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO DONATED! You are the leaders of today, creating the leaders of tomorrow.
There’s Still Time
The campaign extends through November 7, so if you missed the 24-hour window, there’s still time to support DME through America’s Giving. Just click on this link, scroll down, and click the “donate” button. It’s that easy.
The Dallas Martin Endowment Helps Students
Your donations will provide internships in Washington DC for promising students with an interest in student aid advocacy and research. What a great opportunity for students to learn the public policy ropes first hand in the nation’s capital, and gain an in-depth understanding of the complexities of student aid from the experts at NASFAA. DME will also create a public policy library to advance research in student aid and higher education.
