On behalf of the NASFAA membership, President Phil Day sent a letter to Secretary Duncan on Friday. The letter seeks his support in equalizing student loan interest rate disparities that adversely affect students, and asks the Department to carefully consider the ramifications of how the year-round Federal Pell Grant will be implemented so that all students can equally benefit.
