NCHELP Releases Income Based Repayment Plan Implementation Guide
The National Council of Higher Education Loan Programs (NCHELP) has published an Income Based Repayment Plan Implementation Guide (Version 1.0 - May 2009) for the FFELP community. This guide was developed as a resource for implementing the new Income Base Repayment (IBR) plan authorized by the College Cost Reduction and Access Act. As new and known issues are resolved, this document will be updated.
