Webinar: Negotiated Rulemaking -- Report to the Membership

Five teams of negotiators concluded their efforts last week to craft proposed rules to implement the changes made by the Higher Education Opportunity Act (HEOA). What was the outcome, and what's next? Join us for a webinar on Tuesday, June 2 at 1:30 PM EDT, for a report to the membership on the results of the winter-spring 2009 negotiated rulemaking. Participants in the process will highlight the negotiations from a school perspective, pointing out particular successes and failures to reach consensus for four of the five teams.
