College Loan Corporation Promotes Michael Boyd to Chief Operating Officer

LAS VEGAS (February 8, 2010) -- College Loan Corporation today announced the promotion of Michael Boyd to Chief Operating Officer. Boyd is responsible for the Company's loan operations, information technology and customer service.

"Since joining the Company seven years ago, Michael has been instrumental in improving the quality and efficiency of our student loan delivery systems," said Cary Katz, CEO.Prior to joining CLC, Boyd worked in the student services and financial aid offices of the University of Texas -- Austin and the University of Oklahoma at Norman. Boyd earned a masters degree from the University of Oxford.
