NASFAA's Board of Directors is the executive body of the Association, responsible both for the conduct of all Association business and to the Membership for all its actions. The role of the Board is one of planning, organizing, and directing. It must be alert to the purposes of the Association and direct its attention to substantive issues and decisions.
