LearnStudentAid Online Learning Center

LearnStudentAid is on hiatus until further notice.
Please contact Membership Services with any questions.

LearnStudentAid is NASFAA's one-of-a-kind learning community on the Web for financial aid professionals. All course content is developed and updated by NASFAA. LearnStudentAid relies on the best practices of online learning, which have been developed and shared by higher education institutions, associations, agencies, and corporations.

LearnStudentAid is designed to give new financial aid staff members training as soon as they are hired. It is also a great way for experienced aid administrators to refresh their knowledge of student aid basics and to learn about more advanced topics.

From the comfort of your home or office, day or night, you have access to LearnStudentAid. Each course, designed to be completed within one month, includes guided lessons, examples or case studies, discussion forums, assignments, and quizzes.

In addition to updated content, we have made several improvements to the courses this year.

  • New Lesson Designs - cleaner and even more user-friendly.

  • New Grade Book System - keeps you updated with your scores and even gives you the option to compare your grades against the class average.

  • New Tracking Capabilities - keeps track of your progress, questions answered, and activities completed within a course lesson.
