Congratulations! You have been awarded a National SMART
Grant. This grant program was recently
established by Congress with the Higher Education Reauthorization Act and is
now being awarded by FHSU and other institutions across the nation. More information about the SMART Grant can be

As per
state and federal regulations, additional grants or scholarships may reduce
your eligibility for other types of financial aid, in particular loans.
To view the
amount of your SMART Grant and other awards, logon to the institution’s Web
site for students at <link to institution’s Web page for students>,
select the “Online Services” tab, then the “Finances” link, and then the
“Financial Aid Eligibility” link. Click the “Launch” button at the prompt. Be sure you select
the 2006-07 award year before you go further.
Your award letter is viewable from your browser using the "Your
Awards" tab located at the top of the page. There is no need to print or return a copy of
your revised award letter.
