  On June 11, NASFAA presented an intermediate level Webinar on professional judgment that focuses on the changes mandated by the College Cost Reduction and Access Act (CCRAA) of 2007 and the Higher Education Opportunity Act (HEOA) of 2008. • FERPA: The Final Rules and Implementation Issues, April 2, 2009
  On April 2 the NASFAA staff, along with several of your financial aid colleagues, presented FERPA: The Final Rules and Implementation Issues. This 90- minute Webinar reviewed the December, 2008 Final Rules related to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) in addition, the presenters also discussed implementation issues.
