NASFAA Webinars

NASFAA Webinars are the Association's newest means of delivering high quality, accurate training to members. Webinars deliver information to you, in your office, via the Internet. No travel is required and your time commitment is an hour and a half at most.

The Archived Recording of NASFAA's Second HEA Reauthorization Webinar is Now Available

On Thursday, November 20, NASFAA presented our second Higher Education Act Reauthorization Webinar.

The Higher Education Opportunity Act was signed into law on August 14, 2008. The law affects many provisions of the Higher Education Act and impacts all of the Title IV programs to some degree. This Webinar will focus specifically on effective dates and implementation issues.

Joan Berkes, NASFAA's Director of Legislative and Regulatory Analysis, will present NASFAA's understanding of effective dates and talk about implementation issues with two key staff members from the U.S. Department of Education. Attendees at the live Webinar will have an opportunity to submit questions during the Webinar.

There is no cost for members to participate, but you will need your NASFAA username and password to register and view the Webinar archive.
