Topic: ACG/SMART Grant Notice of Proposed Rulemaking

This August 28, 2007 Webinar was held to encourage institutions to respond to proposed rules for the Academic Competitiveness Grant (ACG) Program and National Science and Mathematics Access To Retain Talent (SMART) Grant Program, which were published in the Federal Register on August 7, 2007. Comments were due back to the Department of Education September 6, 2007. NASFAA staff and financial aid administrators who participated in the negotiated rulemaking sessions reviewed the significant proposed regulations included in the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM).
