Affiliate Membership Affiliate membership in the association is only open to individuals who are employed full-time by a postsecondary institution. Affiliate A members are practicing student financial aid administrators, employed full-time by an institution of postsecondary education which is not an institutional member of the association. Affiliate B members are student financial aid administrators employed full-time in an institutional system office that is an institutional member of the association. Affiliate members shall have all privileges and benefits of membership in the association other than the right to vote on matters before the institutional membership. They may be elected to the Board of Directors of the association and, as such, have voting rights in that body. Membership Dues Dues cover membership for twelve months, July 1 to June 30. If you join mid-year, your dues will be prorated. Affiliate A dues for 2009-2010 are $770 (base fee) plus your institution's FTE muliplied by 8.2%. Affilate B dues for 2009-2010 are $770.
