Membership Applications

For institutions and constituents joining in March, April, May and June:
Please complete the appropriate application form, but ignore the prorated dues amount for 2008-09. Once you submit your application, Membership Services will contact you with a special year-end promotion, which will save you money, and send you a new invoice for 09-10.

For all applicants, year-round:
Before submitting your application, please read:

  1. NASFAA's Mission Statement,
  2. Statement of Ethical Principals and Code of Conduct, and
  3. NASFAA's Name and Logo Policy.

In submitting an application, your institution or organization is in agreement with NASFAA's mission statement, complies with NASFAA's Statement of Ethical Pincipals and Code of Conduct, and understands NASFAA's Name and Logo Policy.
