New NASFAA Web Site Features
On September 8, 2008, the NASFAA Web site was upgraded with new, robust software, providing members with an exciting array of online services. A summary of each new feature
is provided below. Additional modules will be announced in Today's News as they become available.
Please note: some of the resources below are member-only benefits.
If you feel you have been restricted from an area of the Web site in
error,
contact Membership
Services.
If you have questions about using the new features, contact Membership
Services or call (202) 785-0453 Ext. 1.
The following modules are available now.
- View
your myNASFAA profile
myNASFAA is your professional account with NASFAA. It contains your personal contact information, online preferences, professional
interests,
experience, and more. Your myNASFAA account goes with you when you
change jobs! Use this link to view and edit your profile. If you receive Today's
News, you probably already have a myNASFAA account!
- Edit
your myNASFAA profile
This is a direct link to the edit page, where you can
update your information. You can also access this page from the View
Profile
screen, above.
- Create
a myNASFAA account
You don't need to be a member
of NASFAA to have a myNASFAA account. Anyone who wants
to conduct business with NASFAA on the Web – including
registering for a conference or webinar, or purchasing a publication – must
have (or create) a myNASFAA account. If you think you may already
have an account,
you can retreive your password online.
- NASFAA
Membership Directory
The online NASFAA Membership Directory is now better
than ever, allowing you to search by individual and
institution or organization. If you want to update your listing or opt-out of the directory, use Edit Profile,
above. Only individuals
at member institutions and organization are included in the directory
and can access it.
- NASFAA
Volunteer Listing
Volunteers are the lifeblood of NASFAA. The Volunteer
Listing page lets you view the names of committee members, board members,
and others who volunteer for the association. State and regional presidents
are included here as well.
- Retrieve Password
If you think you may already have an account, or you've misplaced your
password, you may retreive or re-set your password online.
- Membership Management
Primary contacts can add and delete individuals
listed with their institution or organization and assign benefits
such as access to Today's News and NASFAAOnline.
- Product
Catalog
Members and non-members can browse and purchase
NASFAA publications and learn about advertising opportunities
with NASFAA.
