Change of Attendee

If someone is attending the conference in your place, your replacement must complete the Change of Attendee Form. Once the replacement is noted, a new badge will be created and no cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellation Policy

By submitting your registration, you agree to the following cancellation penalties and schedule:

  • $25 (through April 27)
  • $50 (April 28 - May 11)
  • $75 (May 12 - May 31)

If you do not cancel by 5:00 pm EDT May 31, you will be responsible for the full amount of the registration fees and will be billed.

Please Note: These fees apply to both "Pre-Paid" and "Bill Me" registrations.

Special Requests / Attendees with Disabilities

Meal Requests

Requests for special meal accommodations should be submitted at the time of registration via the registration form, but no later than April 27, 2018; requests for accommodations submitted after the deadline through the online registration form will be considered, but NASFAA may not be able to provide the requested accommodation due to lack of advance notice.

Sign Language Service Requests

Requests for sign language interpreters should be submitted at the time of registration via the registration form, but no later than April 27, 2018; requests for accommodations submitted after the deadline through the online registration form will be considered, but NASFAA may not be able to provide the requested accommodation due to lack of advance notice.

American with Disabilities (ADA) Act

All NASFAA contracted hotels and the convention center are ADA compliant.
