NASFAA will celebrate its 40th Anniversary in 2006. The celebration will last throughout the year with a number of programs planned. NASFAA is currently seeking sponsors who will be highlighted throughout the year in various venues.

Sponsorship Levels

Platinum: $2,500 +
Gold: $1,500 - $2, 499
Silver: $750 - $1,499
Bronze: $250 - $749

Sponsor Recognition

• Recognition page in Pre-Conference/Conference Programs, Student Aid Transcript (issues #1, #2, & #3, 2006) and 2007 Membership Directory.
• Signage at anniversary display in exhibit hall.
• Display on large screens at 2006 Conference Opening Session and Luncheons.
• Recognition page in Leadership Conference & Best Practices Symposiums workbooks.
• Recognition on 2006 Conference web site.
• List of sponsors on special 40th Anniversary page of NASFAA web site.

Form of Recognition

Recognition pages and signage will consist of a printed ad, display or screen (as appropriate). Sponsors will be listed in order of sponsorship level beginning with Platinum at the top. Platinum and gold level sponsors will have their color logos displayed (sized accordingly) and silver and bronze sponsors will have their company name displayed (sized accordingly).

Payment

Interested companies should complete the sponsor contract indicating their sponsorship level. Companies may choose to participate in conjunction with any conference sponsorship or just as a 40th Anniversary sponsor. Payment is due in full by May 12, 2006. Package particpants may not use their sponsorship credit towards payment of the 40th Anniversary sponsorship fee.

Deadlines

To be recognized as a sponsor in Transcript issue #1, 2006, contract and logo (if applicable) must be submitted to NASFAA by Dec. 31st. To be recognized in pre-conference program, contract and logo (if applicable) must be submitted to NASFAA by March 10th. Final deadline to participate as a sponsor is May 1st.
