Virtual Tradeshow New This Year!

NASFAA will have a virtual tradeshow for Conference exhibitors to generate advance interest, additional exposure and traffic, as well as provide customer interaction with exhibitors and advertisers.

All exhibitors receive a complimentary 75-word listing with the purchase of their exhibit booth. The virtual tradeshow provides an interactive venue for attendees to see who will be at the conference and determine which booths they want to visit. Best of all, the virtual trade show will be available to individuals who are unable to attend the conference and it will be available throughout the year. To see an example of this type of listing, click here.

Exhibitors may upgrade their listing to include a logo, lives links, press releases and product listing for a fee. To see an example of an upgraded listing, click here. This upgrade is automatically included with the Chair package, but if you are not purchasing the chair package and would like to purchase the upgrade, be sure to indicate so on the exhibitor contract.

Booth Assignment New This Year!

For the first time, we are offering exhibitors the opportunity to choose their own booth assignment via phone appointment.

1. To be part of the first round of booth assignments, you must submit your contract with $900 deposit by Friday, Feb 10th.
1. By Friday, Feb. 24th, you will receive a notice indicating your phone appointment time.
2. Appointment time is based on first sponsorship level and second priority points. All non-annual meeting sponsorships and advertising contributions are factored into our priority point structure.
3. In instances where priority points are equal, date of contract receipt with deposit will determine order of booth assignment. In instances where receipt date is the same, a lottery system will be used.
4. Companies will choose their own booth assignment based on availability at the time of their appointment. If the appointment is missed, NASFAA will assign the booth at its discretion.
5. In all instance, NASFAA has final authority on booth assignment.
